Lifeguard Prep Class
                Work with FNSB Lifeguard Instructors to improve and refine your swim skills in preparation for the Lifeguard Training entrance swim test.  We will work on Front crawl and breast stroke, swimming endurance, surface dives to the bottom of the deep end and treading water.  Basic swim skills are required and you must be at least 15 years old.
