Our 3rd Annual Chena Lake Photo Contest is BACK!
We're asking for photos of summer fun or nature shots taken at the Chena Lake Rec Area and we want them all summer long! Email your photos to us through 06/01/24 - 08/31/24. We'll collect them and pick our favorites to be voted on Facebook! The public will decide the winning photo to be on the 2024 season camping pass. Not only that, but the winner will also receive a 2025 season camping pass!
- Submit your photos to parks@fnsb.gov starting June 1st, 2024 through August 31st, 2024.
- Voting will begin on our Parks & Rec Facebook page September 9th, 2024 and will end on September, 22nd, 2024
- Our lucky winner will be announced September 23rd, 2024!
We can't wait to see all your photos of a great Alaskan summer! Send us your best, favorite, or funniest photos!
Eligibility:
- Photos must have been taken at Chena Lake Recreation Area, either of summer fun or nature shots.
- Limited to 5 photos per person
- All photos will be reviewed and may not make it to the round of voting
